You lead from the front. You know the buildings inside and out, you keep the team sharp and accountable, and you set the bar for how the work gets done. Budgets, turns, inspections, vendors, capital projects: you keep all of it moving without letting quality slip. If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.
At Roundhouse, our mission is simple and serious: putting humanity into housing. Since 2008 we have grown into a developer and manager of diverse real estate across four states, with more than 10,000 multifamily units and over $2B in assets under management. We got here by challenging the status quo, building communities people are proud to call home, and trusting strong leaders to run them well.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you own the daily operations of the maintenance function and partner closely with the Community Manager to keep the property safe, efficient, and ready for residents.
Our culture is what makes Roundhouse unique, and it shows up in how the whole team works:
We put people first, work with humility, and celebrate wins together.
We take initiative, own outcomes, and push ideas forward with energy and purpose.
We stay curious, embrace change, and explore better ways to serve our residents and partners.
We set high standards, double-check details, and take pride in doing the work right.
You direct the maintenance team and the work that keeps the property strong. That means you:
You set the pace, you set the standard, and the whole team follows your lead.
You provide and maintain your own hand tools. We supply power tools and larger equipment as needed.
Within 30 days of your start date, please have the following on hand: 10" crescent wrench, 6" crescent wrench, thermometer, 9.5" channel lock pliers, 6.5" channel lock pliers, set of nut drivers, wire crimping tool with cutters, set of allen wrenches, phillips screwdriver, straight screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, set of socket wrenches, razor knife, hammer, putty knife, non-contact voltage tester, GFCI tester, tape measure, multimeter, drill, and drill bits.
This is full-time work with pay, benefits, and perks built around your well-being, your growth, and your sense of community.
If you want to make a real impact, lead a team that takes pride in its work, and own the condition of communities people call home, we want to hear from you.
Roundhouse is an equal-opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
