The ideal candidate will have HVAC 608 certification, 5+ years in multi-family maintenance, and solid electrical/plumbing knowledge. Excellent communication skills and a valid driver’s license are required. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Your daily job:

Supervisory Experience: Oversee and lead a team of maintenance associates.

Technical Expertise: Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.

Leadership and Organization: Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.

Operational Efficiency: Ensure the community operates smoothly and in compliance with safety standards.

Timely Service Requests: Oversee that all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.

Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the community operates according to safety standards.
