Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor, 3rd shift offers a 3 day long weekend off every-other week! This highly visible position is responsible for the effective utilization of the team to address plant process, equipment, and facility upkeep. With a One Team, One Mission approach, this position collaborates across teams and with multiple departments (Production, Utilities, Planning, Safety) to support consistent production, minimize downtime, and enforce HACCP, USDA, and food safety protocol, all while providing continued growth opportunities to our team members

Supervisory Responsibility: This position will be responsible for supervising Maintenance / Electrical team members at the our Wells, MN facility.
Work Environment:Manufacturing and office environments
Physical Demands: Position will include extensive standing, sitting, lifting, climbing ladders, wearing factory required equipment while working in production, walking, visual, responding quickly to sounds and driving.
Travel: Some travel may be required in this position to assist in other facilities. (Less than 5%)
