The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for overseeing maintenance functions across 8 properties, comprising 587 apartment homes, and managing a team of 5 Maintenance Technicians. The role plays a key part in property management, including budget control, resident and employee retention, and owner satisfaction.
They ensure the efficient operation of assigned properties by working within established financial guidelines, maintaining property standards, and responding promptly and courteously to resident requests. The Superintendent works independently to supervise and coordinate all site management issues.
Minimum of five years of maintenance or construction experience required, with at least three years of supervisory experience.
