Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Windsor Court to lead the maintenance team in preserving property integrity and ensuring service excellence for residents. The role requires overseeing inspections, coordinating make-ready work, and maintaining common areas to RAM standards.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus), EPA HVAC and CPO certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• EPA HVAC and CPO certified.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of the property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner.
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Preventive Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour

Overview

Windsor Court is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.
