Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations in our advanced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with profile extrusion equipment and a proven ability to lead a maintenance team. This role is critical to maintaining equipment uptime, ensuring safety, and supporting production goals in a Monday-through-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the maintenance department during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of profile extrusion equipment (fence, window profiles, conduit, or pipe) to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and work orders to support production needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with extrusion equipment and facility systems.
• Train, mentor, and motivate maintenance technicians to enhance skills and ensure high standards of work.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to address equipment-related challenges and drive process improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including equipment logs and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Direct experience with maintenance of profile extrusion equipment (fence, window profiles, conduit, or pipe) is required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in extrusion processes.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and develop staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional on-call availability for emergencies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering or industrial maintenance) preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced setting.
