Maintenance Supervisor

Houston, Texas (Commutable from Stafford, Missouri City, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar land)

Are you a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician from a manufacturing or industrial environment, looking to take full ownership of facility and equipment maintenance across multiple sites, with the opportunity to lead a growing team and influence long-term operational success?

The Role

• Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Supervise 5-10 technicians across two facilities
• 70% scheduling and leadership, 30% hands-on technical work

The Candidate

• Experienced maintenance supervisor or senior technician
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or facilities maintenance

• CNC Experience is highly preferred but not essential
