The Hillsboro Club Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support the Engineering Department at our luxury South Florida property.

You will supervise daily operations and maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure, with 24/7 operations requiring mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of painter and general maintenance experience in hospitality.
• Excellent painting and drywall repair skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending/reaching.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

The Hillsboro Club, an exclusive oceanfront private residence club in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support the Engineering Department at our gorgeous property. This position will be responsible for supervising the daily operations and maintenance of all club facilities, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure. We are looking for someone with hospitality experience, high energy and a passion to contribute to the continued success of our luxury property.The Club operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.**The ideal candidate for this role must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays**This is a full-time position with competitive range of $24-$26 hourly rate, issued biweekly.
