Job summary

Essity is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Leader to oversee the Harrodsburg, KY manufacturing facility. The role directs the Maintenance department, implements Total Productive Maintenance, and drives cost-effective reliability improvements across equipment and processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance leadership, strong CMMS/SAP experience, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential to our operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance leadership or equivalent technical experience.
• Maintenance planning experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Skilled with CMMS/SAP or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment.

This position will work out of our manufacturing facility in Harrodsburg, KY.A key member of the Resource Support Team, the Maintenance and Reliability Leader will determine, build consensus for, and implement changes to equipment and processes to further improve production, product cost and reliability meeting functional requirements while also satisfying company expectations for usability, manageability, maintainability and cost. The Maintenance and Reliability Leader has the ability to forecast maintenance needs and execute work to meet timelines and budgets is a key responsibility.
