Job summary

Essity is seeking a Maintenance Planner for its Middletown, OH facility. The role focuses on safety, compliance, and efficient maintenance scheduling to keep lines running smoothly.

You will develop detailed plans, coordinate with technicians and engineers, manage parts and tools, and ensure accurate maintenance records. A hands-on mechanical background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical diploma preferred.
• Mechanical/maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Strong record-keeping and problem-solving skills.

Ensures that contractors are trained, have the required permits and follow the safety rules* Planning and Scheduling: Develops and manages detailed maintenance schedules and work orders for repairs and routine and preventive maintenance tasks* Coordination: Works closely with maintenance technicians, process / mechanical / electrical engineers, line or department leader and other departments to prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities.* Resource Management: Estimates the time and resources required for maintenance tasks.
