Pay Rate: $28 - $50/hr.

Schedule: Day shift, Monday - Friday (on call, overtime and weekends as needed)



Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead, train, and coordinate the maintenance team, supporting both operational needs and staff development.

  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance, downtime reporting, and work order systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.

  • Prioritize emergency repairs and daily work orders to minimize disruptions.

  • Maintain SOPs and facility readiness for customer and government inspections.

  • Collaborate with vendors, the Plant Manager, and Maintenance Manager on repairs and capital projects.

  • Track and record all maintenance work, including costs, for each piece of equipment.




Support processing operations through hands-on leadership, equipment maintenance, changeovers, safety compliance, and adherence to GMP and SQF standards.
