You will manage HVAC, boilers, water systems, and generators; implement preventive maintenance; supervise staff and contractors; and control budgets while coordinating schedules to meet census needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, water systems and emergency systems.
• Ability to implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing supplies and departmental budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Operations: hire, train, and supervise maintenance team members.
• Promote Safety & Compliance: conduct fire system inspections and coordinate monthly fire drills.
• Oversee Preventive Maintenance: develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain Equipment: inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, laundry equipment, and generators.
• Manage Supplies & Budget: order maintenance supplies and equipment within budget guidelines.
• Supervise Contractors: oversee and coordinate work by external contractors.
• Maintain Standards: ensure facility and equipment are safe, operational, and compliant with regulations.
• Train Staff: provide job-specific training and promote safety procedures.
• Coordinate Schedules: plan department staffing according to census needs and labor budgets.

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team! In this role, you will lead maintenance operations to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and compliant. Success in this position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact as a Maintenance Supervisor

In this role, you will:

• Lead Maintenance Operations: Hire, train, and supervise maintenance team members

• Promote Safety & Compliance: Conduct and document fire system inspections and coordinate monthly fire drills

• Oversee Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program
