Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor at ZRS MANAGEMENT is responsible for maintaining the property and ensuring excellent resident service, reporting directly to the Property Manager. The role involves overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating repairs, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding promptly to service calls and scheduled apartment turns.
• Performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintaining common areas and pool facilities.
• Training maintenance staff and supervising outside contractors.
• Keeping accurate records and managing preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensuring safety, insurance, and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred; if required, obtain within 90 days of employment.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Effective time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and adapt to change.
