Job summary

Maintenance Supervisor – CNC / Industrial Manufacturing

Location: Everett, WA

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay: $34–$50/hr DOE

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with strong experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines and industrial manufacturing equipment. This person will lead maintenance activities while remaining actively involved in diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance experience.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.

Preferred Experience

• 7+ years of CNC maintenance experience.
• Experience with CNC mills and lathes.
• Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Makino, or Mori Seiki.
• PLC troubleshooting, particularly Allen‑Bradley or Siemens.
• Experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience leading or mentoring maintenance technicians.

The ideal candidate is not just a maintenance supervisor who manages a team. We need someone who is comfortable getting hands‑on and can personally diagnose a CNC machine when production goes down, determine the cause, and perform or direct the repair.
