Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Heights at Sawnee Village in Georgia. You will guide the maintenance team to uphold property integrity and respond to service requests, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher, EPA HVAC and CPO certifications, a valid driver's license, and experience in new construction or lease-up projects. Competitive pay at $35 per hour plus bonuses and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certification required.
• New construction and lease-up experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; willing to work weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of the property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

The Heights at Sawnee Village is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.
