Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our facilities. Responsibilities include improving functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment—mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems—and managing work assignments and preventative maintenance.

You will develop safety processes, manage budgets, prepare reports, and train and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring staffing and rapid response to alarms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities at Cintas facilities and improve reliability of production and facility equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments; perform and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures; manage budgets for building, equipment, capital expenditures, parts and labor.
• Prepare maintenance reports; identify and evaluate parts suppliers; negotiate with service companies.
• Conduct training for maintenance staff; supervise and mentor the maintenance team; maintain staffing levels and respond to emergency alarms.

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our Cintas facilities. Responsibilities includeimproving functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems equipment and components; managing and scheduling all facility and equipment work assignments; performing and scheduling all preventative maintenance assignments; developing and implementing safety processes and procedures; managing building, equipment, capital expenditures and parts and labor budgets; preparing maintenance reports; identifying and evaluating parts suppliers, negotiating with inside and outside service companies; conducting training for all maintenance staff; supervising and mentoring maintenance team; maintaining staffing levels and responding to emergency alarms.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military
• Minimum2 years' supervisoryexperience
• Equipment knowledge: wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery
• Maintenance management experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management and with maintenance management systems
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with blueprints and ability toreadblueprints
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours ofan 8 hour shift.
• Ability to be on call 24 hours per day
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

• Boiler knowledge
• HVAC experience
• Prior experience and ability to perform welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing
• Reliability certification such as CPMM or CRMP
