Job summary

Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead technicians in repairing and maintaining production and engineering equipment. You will oversee troubleshooting, manage spare parts, track equipment usage, and coordinate with Facility Maintenance.

The role requires a 5-year supervisory background and proficiency with electrical controls, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics, plus a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5 Years of supervisory experience
• Troubleshooting of Electronic Controls, PLC Logic, Pneumatics, Hydraulic, and Mechanical devices, and RF induction
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing or robotics equipment
• Inspect parts and complete assemblies to ensure they meet strict specifications, measurements, and tolerance limits.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization.
• Proficiency in the use of computers and standard business software, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong keyboarding skills; ability to effectively use telephone systems, personal computers, and printers.
• Solid understanding of company products or ability to quickly develop product knowledge
• HAZWOPER and RCRA Certification Required
