Job summary

Vishay Dale Electronics in Columbus, NE is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead technicians in equipment repair and preventative maintenance, ensuring uptime and safety. You will oversee troubleshooting, maintain spare parts inventory, and coordinate with the Facility Maintenance Group.

The role requires 5 years of supervisory experience, hands-on skills with electronic controls, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics and RF induction, plus a Bachelor's degree and ability to read work instructions.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and automated equipment.
• Inspect parts and assemblies to meet strict specifications and tolerances.
• Strong verbal and written communication with all levels.
• HAZWOPER and RCRA Certification required.
• U.S. Person status required per ITAR/export regs.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization.
• Proficiency in the use of computers and standard business software, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong keyboarding skills; ability to effectively use telephone systems, personal computers, and printers.
• Solid understanding of company products or ability to quickly develop product knowledge
• HAZWOPER and RCRA Certification Required
