As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will generally lead a team of four Maintenance Technicians and be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and upholding EHS performance, practices, and compliance standards that directly impact productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
This role follows a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, operating on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle. This schedule provides a consistent 2-3-2 rotation with every other weekend off and a built-in three-day mid-week break every other week, supporting work-life balance and recovery. Additionally, for weeks worked over 40 hours, you are paid overtime. For weeks you are working 36 hours, you are paid for 40 hours.
