Job summary

Princeton Management in Belleville, AL, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property maintenance team and ensure reliable, high-quality service across all shared spaces and units.

You will conduct regular inspections, prioritize requests, mentor staff, and uphold safety standards while coordinating with the property manager to keep facilities well maintained and compliant for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
• Proven experience in supervising and leading a maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and management.
