Protect product quality by ensuring proper handling of non-conforming material, adherence to PQS, support of error-proofing verification, and escalation of quality issues from maintenance activities.
Manage spare parts and indirect materials processes (cribs, POU cabinets, min/max and FIFO) to support high equipment reliability at lowest total cost.
Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and recognition for team members; address low performance, support development plans, and reinforce GM Purpose & Values and the Bedford mission \"Together We Cast Our Future.\"
