Job summary

Providence Real Estate is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Beck at Wells Branch in Austin, Texas. This leadership role focuses on maintaining high standards, developing team members, and delivering exceptional service to residents.

You will oversee the maintenance program, coordinate service requests, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure the community remains safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Requires apartment maintenance experience and leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must have strong troubleshooting abilities and HVAC certification.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general building maintenance preferred.

Providence Real Estate is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our newest apartment community, Beck at Wells Branch, in Austin, Texas. This leadership position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards, developing team members, and delivering excellent service to residents.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the property's maintenance program, coordinate service requests, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained.

What You'll Do

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate daily work assignments, oversee apartment turns, troubleshoot building systems, manage vendor relationships, and help ensure compliance with safety standards and company expectations. This role also requires participation in an on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

Candidates should have prior apartment maintenance experience, leadership or supervisory experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and HVAC certification. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general building maintenance is highly preferred.
