Our location in Aurora, CO has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor.

This position is responsible for leading the maintenance department, ensuring systems are safe and reliable, and maintaining overall equipment effectiveness. It also involves understanding Quality Management Systems such as SQF, HACCP, and GMP to ensure safety and quality of employees and products. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety and quality, and reporting any issues threatening these aspects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of maintenance staff.
• Establish schedules and methods for facility maintenance services.
• Identify resource needs, review with management, and allocate resources.
• Develop goals, policies, and procedures; recommend improvements.
• Implement policies and monitor work activities for compliance.
• Order supplies and equipment; prepare procurement documents.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety training programs.
• Develop preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs.
• Participate actively on the production floor while supervising employees.
• Understand and apply Quality Systems including SQF, HACCP, and GMP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
