Qualifications

• Five years of apartment management and supervisor experience.
• Must be able to direct, motivate, train and develop subordinates.
• Type II A/C Certification or Universal.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance staff and ensures all community areas are maintained.
• Supports team performance through coaching and development.
• Manages inventory and orders supplies as needed.
• Performs hands-on maintenance for market-ready, occupied and preventive work.
• Obtains bids and interacts with contractors; aware of supply costs.
• Works with Property Manager on the maintenance budget and expenses.
