ManpowerGroup is assisting a client in Alcoa, TN in locating a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in day-to-day electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate will coach craft employees, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime while supporting production goals. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to work a 12-hour shift pattern on days or nights.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2/3/3/2 pattern, including days or nights.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).

• Provide technical maintenance support for assigned areas, executing planned and unplanned work to meet department goals.
• Coordinate repairs with customers to help ensure minimal equipment downtime and follow up on equipment issues.
• Deliver technical troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify maintenance issues and develop effective solutions.
• Provide on-call response to remedy critical maintenance situations and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Our client, industrial manufacturing operations is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting maintenance and production teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, the ability to lead and coach craft employees, and a strong drive to learn and improve plant operations.

Job Title: Maintainance Supervisor

Location: Alcoa, TN

Pay Range: $32

Shift: 12 hour shifts on a 2/3/3/2 pattern (days or nights; must be able to work either based on business need). Weekend work required: every other weekend on the 2/3/3/2 pattern.
