Qualifications
7+ years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of mechatronic systems and automation technologies.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the maintenance team and develop a preventive maintenance program.
Drive root cause analysis to reduce unplanned downtime.
Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and IT/Automation teams.
