Your Responsibilities

Maple on Franklin, a newer construction senior housing community in Holbrook, MA, is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent. The property has 70 units. Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be hands-on, coordinating building and maintenance systems, inspections, completing work orders and unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, general cleaning, scheduling contractors and vendors, and managing supplies. You may also assist at three other local sites as needed and participate in on-call coverage for a site in Danvers, MA.

Your Qualifications

At least 5 years of maintenance experience, including painting, janitorial, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC. A Hoister’s License is a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus. Knowledge of Yardi is also beneficial. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Ability to participate in emergency calls and snow removal is required.
