Electrical Automation Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead a busy maintenance team in a Tracy, CA manufacturing facility. You will drive preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and coordinate maintenance staff while supporting production with rapid downtime response.

The ideal candidate will have ammonia refrigeration experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in regulated industrial environments.

• Familiarity with PSM (Process Safety Management) requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting in industrial equipment and plant systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures with urgency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related equipment issues.
• Improve PM effectiveness, spare parts organization, and maintenance documentation.
• Work closely with operations and quality teams to improve overall plant performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage outside vendors, contractors, and OEM relationships.
• Participate in capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and regulatory requirements; support PSM-related programs.
• Oversee ammonia refrigeration maintenance activities and contractor coordination.
• Develop and mentor maintenance personnel.
