Maintenance Staff - The Novo (Goldenvoice)

Join us as a Maintenance Staff member at AEG's The Novo. This role involves ensuring the venue's functionality and cleanliness before, during, and after events, including routine maintenance and cleaning duties.

Responsibilities include:

1. Post-event cleaning and maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, spill cleanup, and surface sanitation.
2. Performing maintenance tasks like changing lightbulbs, painting, minor repairs, and construction as needed.
3. Replenishing supplies, reporting large repairs, and maintaining overall venue upkeep.
4. Inspecting work areas for safety hazards and facility issues during events.
5. Reporting issues to supervisors or event managers promptly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Reliable, punctual, with good communication skills.
• Ability to work standing for 4-6 hours, lift heavy objects, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Scale: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour.
