An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Staff member to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of their facilities. This part-time role involves performing maintenance tasks on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as supervising grounds maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring technical skills and organizational abilities, with a commitment to maintaining high standards. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. A Maintenance Staff member is responsible for and personally maintains, renovates, and sees to the cleanliness and upkeep of the buildings including the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. In addition, he/she is responsible for the maintenance and functionality of all tools, vehicles, and power equipment. He/She may supervise and or personally conduct ground maintenance, preventative maintenance, safety, and energy conservation audits. He/She must personally perform many maintenance functions per the standard established by the Parish Manager. This position is aPart-Time, Non-ExemptHourly Position without Benefits. This position requires building maintenance, janitorial, grounds maintenance and technical backgrounds. Requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Employment Type:Part-Time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
Candidate must successfully pass a Level II FBI Background Screening and complete Safe Environment Training prior to employment.
