Willamette Family, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to join our facilities team in Eugene.

The role is full-time, hourly and non-exempt, offering 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a pay of $20.00 per hour. As a nonprofit provider of substance use disorder and mental health services since 1964, Willamette Family emphasizes a supportive work environment, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training.

• Broad range of skills in electrical, plumbing, painting, and construction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the most recent 3 years.
• Willamette Family has a required 6 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment in this position.

Position Details:

Job Title: Maintenance Staff

Employment Type: Full Time Hourly Non Exempt

Compensation: $20.00/ Hr.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday

• Take care of all sites general maintenance needs
• Under supervision to be given projects to be completed daily
• Complete other related tasks assigned by the Program Director/Manager/Supervisor

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Able to lift to 50lbs - 100lbs frequently
• Have a broad range of skills in and not limited to simple electrical, plumbing, painting, and construction.
• Valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record for the most recent 3 years
• Willamette Family has a required 6 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment in this position. WF Employment Requirements:

• All employees must complete and pass a Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC)
• Required Background Check Clearance

As a substance use disorder and mental health treatment provider, Willamette Family requires all employees, regardless of position, to obtain background check clearance through the Oregon Department of Human Services/Oregon Health Authority Background Check Unit (BCU) using ORCHARDS. All offers of employment are contingent upon obtaining the required clearance.
