Position Summary

This role performs routine (journey-level) maintenance, including repairs and inspections on plumbing, HVAC, steam, air conditioning, electrical, and mechanical equipment across multiple historic properties. The individual reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and works as part of a team, often requiring on-call work during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position demands physical activity, professionalism, and the ability to handle a variety of maintenance tasks under moderate supervision. Criminal background checks and references will be required.
