Job Summary

Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks related to the facility infrastructure, including minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Works independently on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) from an accredited institution or governmental body.
  • Vocational/Trades school or post-secondary vocational training is beneficial.
  • Valid Driver’s License (Class III) is required.
Experience and Skills
  • Typically 3-5 years of experience in general maintenance/repair techniques.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or during off-hours.
  • Mechanical trades/crafts aptitude is preferred.
