Qualifications

Maintenance Specialist II

Mars, PA

The starting rate is $23.11/ hour and we are offering a $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Maintenance Specialist II.

Performs renovations, repairs and maintenance of all facets for buildings, to include grounds maintenance, new construction,renovations, preventative maintenance and inspections, provide emergency response including (on call) to provide acontinuous safe environment, efficient and effective operation of the buildings and home throughout the campus.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Formal education in building maintenance or trades.
  • 3-5 Years related experience or equivalent experience and education
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints/schematics and system operations manuals of all building equipment andsystems.
  • Proper use of hand tools and basic power tools.
  • Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
