Overview

Maintenance Specialist I

Location: Beaver Falls, PA - Full-Time, Daylight 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Starting Rate: $18.35 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: $4,000 (paid throughout the first year of employment)

The Maintenance Specialist I is responsible for general maintenance, groundskeeping, repairs, security rounds, monitoring, inspections, transportation services, preventive maintenance, and assisting with installations, repairs, and renovations to ensure a safe, efficient, and effective environment across the campus.

Qualifications

For Maintenance Specialist I:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 3-6 months related experience/training
  • Valid driver’s license
