Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists in keeping interior and exterior restaurant areas clean and safe.
• Performs routine upkeep tasks to support restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside/outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck twice a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof
