An established industry player is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of company facilities. This role involves responding to maintenance needs, assisting with construction projects, and conducting routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience and a two-year college degree or equivalent training. Job Description
To address minor issues relating to the upkeep and maintenance of the company facilities at all locations, supplementing the general maintenance of cleaners and tradesmen when and where required.
Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential. Work involves contact with others inside and/or outside the organization regarding routine matters, requiring some discussion.
