How You'll Contribute
  • Maintains and repairs specialty building items.
  • Assists and acts as a resource for other maintenance staff with regard to specialty building materials, problems, and issues.
  • Utilizes appropriate hand and power tools and test equipment related to maintenance or specialty.
  • Reads, interprets, and utilizes blueprints and schematics as required for job performance.
  • Maintains and stocks appropriate inventories. Orders parts and supplies as needed.
  • Performs preventative maintenance as assigned.
  • Assumes the role of charge person when requested.
