Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP PM professional to develop and optimize maintenance plans, task lists, and strategies for complex industrial assets. The role emphasizes data validation, reconciliation, and collaboration across Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations, and HSE teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, knowledge of RCM, and a background in heavy industry or oil & gas environments. This is a full-time on-site position based in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PM, maintenance planning, maintenance build, or reliability.
• Hands-on experience developing maintenance plans and task lists.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance optimization, RCM, and industrial maintenance.
• Strong Excel, data validation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Interpret OEM manuals, P&IDs, engineering drawings, and maintenance procedures.

Apply preventive maintenance optimization, RCM concepts, and asset criticality.

Prepare SAP PM data-load templates and perform data validation and reconciliation.

Collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations, and HSE teams.

Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in SAP PM, maintenance planning, maintenance build, or reliability.

Hands-on experience developing maintenance plans and task lists.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance optimization, RCM, and industrial maintenance.

Strong Excel, data validation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM and mass-load tools.

Background in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Heavy Industrial sectors.

Experience with CMMS implementation, migration, or improvement projects.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, or a related discipline.
