Maintenance Site Supervisor, Pok Oi Residences - Boston, MA

General Statement of Duties: Responsible for the property’s maintenance and facilities operations to enhance the community's value. Maintains property’s equipment and machinery. Develops and adheres to maintenance budget and expenditures.
Supervision Received: Reports to Property Manager or Regional Maintenance Director.
Supervision Exercised: None
FLSA status: Non-exempt
Education, Training and Experience: Combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties, including related supervisory work. Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician preferred. Relevant certifications where required.
Qualifications and Skills: Skilled in safe use of tools, computer proficiency, supervision ability, neat work habits, valid driver’s license, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC standards. Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills essential. Capable of handling emergencies and pressure situations.
Physical Capabilities: Must live within 30 minutes of property unless approved. Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work overhead, stand/walk for long periods, and perform physical tasks including snow shoveling.
