Blattner Company in Avon, Minnesota - Maintenance Shop Intern will support daily shop operations by assisting technicians and the Shop Supervisor with preventive maintenance, repairs, documentation, parts management, and general shop organization.

This role provides hands-on exposure to mechanical systems and industrial maintenance processes while developing practical skills in a professional maintenance environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a technical, mechanical, industrial maintenance, or related program.
• Must have completed the first year of college and be moving into the second year.
• Ability to operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance technicians with basic repairs, inspections, and diagnostics.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
• Support parts management and documentation of maintenance activities.
