Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Minneapolis, MN to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, roofing, fire suppression and grounds across HQ, hangars and leased spaces. You will work within the team to implement preventive maintenance, monitor systems, respond to facility requests, document work orders, and ensure safety and reliability.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

This position is represented by the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association. The compensation schedule is based on the collective bargaining agreement.
The Facilities Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining the Sun Country Airlines facilities related to HVAC, electrical, lighting, roofing, fire suppression, plumbing and grounds. This includes Headquarters, Maintenance Hangar(s), and leased airport spaces.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee regularly works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and vibration. The employee possibly works in high, precarious places and is potentially exposed to extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is not usually loud. Must be able to obtain MSP SIDA Badge.
Class C Boiler License is Preferred but not required.
