You will oversee preventive maintenance, prioritize urgent tasks, and drive reliability improvements while ensuring safety, quality, and efficient operations. The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, blueprint reading, and strong leadership to train staff and coordinate with production.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage maintenance operations during the assigned shift.

• Lead maintenance projects and coordinate with planners and production leaders.
• Assist with purchasing parts and supplier communication as needed.
• Attend workshops to improve leadership skills and team performance.
