Qualifications

• 3+ years of Facilities Management or Maintenance Call Center Management experience.
• Experience in a Call Center environment is required.
• Solid working knowledge of property and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the flow of work orders through the CMMS system.
• Negotiate with contractors for repairs or replacements.
• Provide monthly reports outlining team effectiveness and KPI's.
