Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Service Writer to support parts availability, manage inventory records, and coordinate with mechanics. You will input data daily in TMW, generate reports, and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective maintenance services.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic office experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and company systems like InfoPro/CFA. The company emphasizes a strong safety culture and employee development.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of high school diploma or GED and one year of general office experience or equivalent training.
• Office equipment including telephone, fax, copier, calculator, and computer.
• Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Company information systems applications including InfoPro, CFA.

• Maintain positive work environment by communicating with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

• Receives, tags, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics according to Corporate and Regional policy and local operating procedures.
• Reviews purchase orders with accounting to assist in proper payment of invoices.
• Produces various productivity and usage reports for management review.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Prepare and assign work orders to technicians
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
  

Experience & Education
