Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to keep Colina Hillside properties well-maintained and inviting. You’ll prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, and perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, and painting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors.
• Excellent communication with residents and team.
• Flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call.

Qualifications
