Overview

Located in Kissimmee, The Lucent at Sunrise is a resort-style community featuring 22 amenities and a 23,000 sq ft Lazy River. Northwood Ravin is recognized for developing top luxury apartment communities in the Southeast, emphasizing creativity, integrity, and inclusivity. Schedule

M-F; evenings, on-call rotation, weekends

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
  • Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions.
  • Assist in apartment turnovers, including repairs and inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
  • Conduct building inspections to identify maintenance needs.
  • Work with vendors for specialized repairs, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
  • Document all maintenance activities accurately.
  • Support special projects and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Maintain community curb appeal through tasks like litter removal and landscaping.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in multifamily property maintenance.
  • Proficiency in residential repairs: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and safety awareness.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform demanding tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Proficiency with property management software and computer programs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a professional appearance.
