Description

The Maintenance Service Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general upkeep of facilities, attractions, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests and team members. This position supports daily operations by responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and completing assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related issues.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance service calls and work orders.
  • Conduct repairs to buildings, fixtures, furniture, gates, fencing, and other park assets.
  • Assist with attraction maintenance and operational readiness as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and completed work orders.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and maintenance areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Identify potential safety hazards and report or correct issues immediately.
  • Support special events, seasonal projects, and facility improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to support park operations and guest satisfaction.
What It Takes To Succeed
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various indoor and outdoor environments for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance-related issues.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and more with assistance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for work order management and documentation.
