Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a driven Maintenance Service Technician to prep vacants, handle work orders, and perform general maintenance across our communities. You will assist with electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repairs, while keeping common areas clean and safe.

Join a hands-on team that values reliability, safety, and resident comfort. On-call shifts and flexible schedules help keep our properties well-maintained year-round.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Flexible schedules including weekends and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Stay on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
