Job summary

Arcosa Wind Towers, Inc. in Newton, IA is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to manage and optimize the maintenance process.

You will handle work order planning, inventory control, and scheduling while coordinating with maintenance, production, operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate materials flow. The role requires 4+ years in maintenance, 2+ years in planning/TPM, and procurement experience, with strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a maintenance environment.
• 2+ years in a maintenance planning/coordinating or TPM-related position.
• 2+ years of procurement experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel, Maintenance Planning, and Materials Planning and Procurement).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PM goals with the Maintenance Manager.
• Develop actionable KPIs around machine uptime.
• Close out PM/TPM orders and track completion data.
• Submit supply and purchase requisitions for planned work orders.
• Coordinate sourcing, procurement, and logistics with suppliers.
• Maintain equipment parts catalog, history, storeroom, and min/max levels.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound movement of materials.
• Coordinate information across internal teams and external partners.
